Really brilliant customer service and my room was beautiful, with an incredible view.
After being stranded in Edinburgh due to bad weather, I booked an apartment here and ended up not wanting to leave! Great value for money, and if you don't need to be in the middle of the city centre, the location is stunning. Great to be staying next to a great piece of history, too!

Spacious apartments with everything you need. Modern, clean but also has the charm of an old building. The location was perfect, easy to walk to most sights. The garden in the back was so charming and super pretty to be next to the palace. That end of the Royal Mile is safe, but quieter. The views of Arthur's Seat are amazing! Check-in was super easy and staff was responsive.
We had two cars and the parking was a little expensive and inconvenient, but once we figured out we could park in the bus parking to load and unload it wasn't too bad. Not having stairs was a bit of an issue for some people (we had a baby with some extra stuff for that) but I would still stay again. The laundry is great to have, but not super convenient as you have to go outside to get to the lobby.

The apartment and building was beautiful. Everything felt brand new. The location was sensational.
We had some trouble checking in. All communication stopped when we arrived at the property. We couldn’t find our way in. We found a lovely staff member who helped us contact admin. Once that was sorted we couldn’t have been more impressed.

Great location mostly very nice furnishings
Almost no Wi-Fi connection, there was a beeping in the hallway the whole weekend, the bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. not very responsive staff for the cost. Everything should be a little better.
