The house was very homely, spacious and clean, and had a bus stop nearby so we could go into town easily. The big TV and sound system was awesome, and also appreciated the house supplying cooking oil which not many accommodations do.
Staff were a bit impersonal and unreasonable when we requested to leave our bags at the property outside before check in. We had lots of baggage and travelling with a 3 year old so would have been appreciated if we could drop off our bags there rather than leave them at the station and lug them up the hill. Also, we were notified the air conditioner in the upstairs TV room wasn't working after we checked in, as well as seeing the dishwasher and oven wasn't available for us - we would have appreciated being notified of this beforehand or being offered a discount. Beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped

Clean with a big lounge
After we paid for the property we were sent a message about the oven being out of use. Then when we arrived the dish washer also was out of use and there were no tea towels to dry any dishes. We were told to use tissues. Very poor for the price of the house
