Traditional stay with private onsen option in beautiful Hakone

5 / 10

Difficult to compare with the many other options around the area since this was our first and only night in Hakone but everything was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food.

5 / 10

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The staff was so amazing and helpful, even when we were delayed on arrival. The private onsens were so relaxing and incredibly well-maintained given that they are outdoors! The traditional dinner was fun for our family and we really appreciated the small, relaxed atmosphere after arriving from the busy city. The traditional room was incredibly spacious and the tatami mats were actually quite comfortable and something our kids will remember forever. Highly recommended!
