Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, you’ll find this beautiful 35 m² ground-floor vacation rental, which sleeps 2—and your dog is also welcome. The apartment features a bright living area with a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The space is complemented by a small kitchenette with a dining area and a furnished terrace where you can enjoy the day.
Relax in the spacious guest garden, which is equipped with a grill as well as seating and lounging areas. A parking space right next to the house is available for your use, and any bicycles you bring can be conveniently stored behind the house. Upon request and for a fee, you can use the sauna.

The “Solaris” apartment building is located in a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. The town center is just a few steps away!
The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.
Each apartment features a bright, like-new shower room and a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.
Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.
You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.
A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).
