In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town center!
The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.
Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.
Accessibility:
The building housing the individual apartments has an elevator. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.
You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on 0.50€ coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.
A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).

Die Lage ist toll, alles sehr sauber und Personal nett. Bäckereien, Aldi und Co. Gut erreichbar.
