This stylish 43 m² vacation apartment on the 1st floor offers the perfect accommodation for couples or solo travelers seeking relaxation and comfort. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, it’s the perfect place to unwind—and your dog is also welcome.
The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and blackout curtains for restful nights. Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower.
The well-equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area offers everything you need to prepare your meals. The spacious, furnished balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh air and relax outdoors.
In the spacious guest garden, you’ll find a grill and various seating and lounging areas. Use for a fee. A private parking space right next to the house ensures a convenient arrival. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked securely behind the house. For additional relaxation, you can use the on-site sauna upon request and for a fee.

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. The town center is just a few steps away!
The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.
Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.
Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.
You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that requires €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.
A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist super. Egal in welche Richtung man will, man erreicht alles sehr schnell. 2 Bäcker um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Netto in Fußnähe, Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Es war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt im Appartmenthaus Solaris. Ich denke, es wird auch nicht mein letzter sein.

Super Unterkunft mit allem was man brauch in Strandnähe . Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen gerne wieder.
