Property:
In a prime location, just 200 meters from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. The town center is just a few steps away!
The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.
Each apartment features a bright, like-new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.
Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.
You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on 0.50€ coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.
A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).

Hallo...für uns war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Solaris...die Wohnung ist sauber und und im Haus selber ist es angenehm ruhig...kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort...kann man es nur weiterempfehlen...Danke an Solaris - Mitarbeiter...LG

Die Mitarbeiter das Apartment und Außenanlage sind wirklich empfehlenswert. Und man kann sein Auto auf dem Parkplatz abstellen und getrost stehen lassen, denn die Anlage liegt so genial Zentral das man von dort alles bequem erreichen tut.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und bietet alles was man im Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Lage ist zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Wenn wir nochmal in Grömitz sind kommen wir gerne wieder. LG aus Stralsund
