We absolutely loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a wonderful surprise: a complimentary upgrade to a higher-category suite.
The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with every amenity we could possibly need. The kitchen area was perfect for preparing breakfast, while the washer/dryer was incredibly quiet and efficient.
The bathroom was truly exceptional, featuring a huge shower area and a spacious bathtub, both extremely comfortable and practical. We also really appreciated having a separate toilet, away from the shower and bathing area.
One particularly clever touch was the QR code system, which provides access to YouTube video tutorials in English, clearly explaining how to use all the appliances. Such a smart and thoughtful idea!
The housekeeping service was equally impressive: fresh towels and rubbish collection every day, plus a thorough cleaning of the apartment twice a week.
A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with any request or resolve any issue. Their kindness and efficiency really made a difference.
The location is simply fantastic! The apartment is situated in an elegant, peaceful, and safe neighbourhood, surrounded by restaurants offering every type of cuisine and numerous supermarkets open almost around the clock. There are also three or four metro stations within just a few minutes' walk, making it incredibly easy and convenient to reach virtually anywhere in the city. Smoking room also a big plus for who has this ..hobby.
An absolutely wonderful stay that exceeded all our expectations. We would highly recommend this property without hesitation and would happily stay here again!

The location was very good - it’s not centrally in Ginza as expected but more in the Hatchobori area, however the transport links are good, with multiple stations nearby. I found this a good location for getting around Tokyo - Shibuya and Shinjuku in the west and Asakusa, Tokyo Station and Akihabara northwards, and convenient for Disneyland too. The facilities in the room were good, with a kitchenette and laundry
I did get annoyed because I had requested the sofa bed to be made up and it wasn’t, and I got home after a long day of walking around and was told by the staff that the cleaners had gone for the day and I had to make it up myself. The staff later apologised and offered late check out for their mistake, but that wasn’t that helpful to me and it left a sour feeling during the stay. Also they charge for early check in. I often ask hotels if the room is ready early can they let me check in a little early and usually this is fine, but at this hotel they charge you if you do. I’ve never come across that before and I think it’s a bit unfair considering the room is empty anyway. Also this place didn’t have as many extra amenities around the room like bottled water (the tap water is drinkable but I didn’t like the taste of it) and the usual little toothbrushes, hairbrushes etc (though I heard you can request some of these items at the front desk)
