The room design has Japanese touch (Rice paper snd wood) and was so relaxing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Staffs have a wonderful customer service and I loved how we could walk to Ginza and Tokyo station for some shopping. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our time there. The room was a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by helpful staff, offered amenities such as water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The place is very centrally located - close to Ginza shopping, the fish market and a 7/11! Thank your for making our first trip to Tokyo great!

Excellent and stylish apartment hotel close to Ginza. Easy to take the metro and getting to Ueno (for Narita airport). Staff extremely helpful. Lots of small and cozy restaurants around the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
