Absolutely fantastic hotel in a perfect location! The hotel was spotless, modern and ideally situated within easy reach of all the main attractions in Ginza. There’s an underground station entrance right outside, providing excellent transport links to Tokyo’s major tourist spots. It’s also conveniently located near the Pokémon Café and Tokyo Station.
The room was excellent, and the massage chair was a brilliant bonus, especially after a long day exploring Tokyo! The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a stylish, modern hotel with great facilities and an unbeatable location. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!
The only downside was the pillows, which were extremely firm and uncomfortable, almost like sleeping on rocks! However, this seems to be a common experience across hotels in Japan. Introducing a pillow menu with a choice of firmness and styles would be a fantastic improvement and make a real difference to guests’ comfort and quality of sleep.

Location is perfect for access to Ginza line and Tokyo station. Comfortable beds. Good toiletries. Great staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. We have stayed here before.
Very small room and the massage chair takes up too much of the space.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.
Tiny rooms. No place for suitcase. Strange bad smell in room.
