Quiet location in a nice section of Tokyo. Good selection of convenience stores and restaurants of all sorts within reasonable distance without any crowds
Lots of good appliances in the compact kitchen plus a combination washer dryer which was very handy.
Very clean modern building
Staff was very friendly and always helpful.
The smallish room took some getting used to but after a day or two it felt just fine
Some of the decorations leaned towards iIkea quality and style. I thought the thin bed mattress was going to be a problem but the bed was quite comfortable.

The location was great, and the staff was extremely helpful
The room was small, as expected.
What we didn't expect was for our bed to be squeezed between two wall/windows
We only had half a metre or so at the end of the bed that was not beside a wall
This meant getting into bed from the end
Room 701 was not designed for more than a single bed.

Location: Right in central Tokyo. Just a 15-minute walk to Ginza's main street and a 5-minute walk to Hatchobori Station. Having two Lawsons and a FamilyMart just steps away was very convenient.
Room & Amenities: The apartment is highly comfortable and has everything you could possibly need: a practical bathroom, a kitchen, a very comfortable bed, a TV, and a washer-dryer combo. It also features a nice little balcony.
Staff & Check-in: The reception staff is incredibly polite and gave us clear, detailed instructions during the pre-check-in. The check-out process was super easy.
Security: Evening access to the lobby is restricted to guests only, which is a big plus for safety and peace of mind.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. Thank you, we will definitely return!

Location was fabulous. Apartment with kitchen and W\D. Great staff. Very clean.
A bit cramped. Biggest issue was the messaging suggested self-check in which is always worrisome. But in reality there was staff to greet you and get you oriented.
