Building interior has been modernized w/ new tile floors, automated entries for both the building and the rooms. Very clean throughout. Room included washer/dryer unit and mini-fridge. Conveniently located off Santa Croce square. Excellent directions to leave my bags before room was ready. Liked that a bathroom was available to freshen up.
Nothing really except for maybe not having a person at reception throughout the day. Although, someone was always avaliable via phone/SMS.

I know it’s not a hotel but having to pay for clean towels is a bit much.

Loved the apartment, had a roof top terrace, 2x bathrooms and the furnishings were fabulous. Location is great, building is secure & safe.
