It was right in the center of Firenze, but not where all the crowds are. It felt like a small oasis.
Nothing, it was very comfortable

Loved the spa it was quiet and peaceful
Spa showers - had no soap in either day we were there, so had to go back to the room to shower.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. I like that I got a discount from the parking garage.
Unfortunately on our first night we were not in a 2 bedroom suite that I booked. I had booked a room with a balcony, but we got a 1 bedroom unit with a living room with a pull out sofa bed that was horrible. When I mentioned it to front staff the next day that we had a terrible sleep on the pull out couch they were kind enough to move us to my originally booked room. This second room was fantastic with 2 proper bedrooms and the balcony that was pictured when I originally booked it.
