Welcoming and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean room, nice bed. The location is fantastic and convenient in the middle of shopping, restaurants, sites like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and more.
Was noisy at night with 'party' folks in the street. We were on the 5th floor and heard them. The bathroom shower was a small tub with folding doors. Could be difficult for older people.
