Manager Miss K was super kind, very professional and gave us very good tips. We felt warmlywelcomed.
The room was bright and, even located in the heart of the historic centre, very quiet.
The places of interests are in walking distance.

Great welcome from Lina who gave us some great recommendations - especially dinner on the first night!
The location was perfect, we hadn't been to florence before but it was ideal for getting around and we could walk everywhere.
Place itself was very clean, had everything we needed and was on the top floor so was quiet, despite the area being quite busy

Perfect location in the heart of Florence, where we were able to walk the old streets for tours, shopping, and food. Huge room with tall ceilings. Great bed, pillows, and bathroom.

The location was perfect
We went during Halloween and there was some noise that could be heard from the room
