Very clean and everything well looked after
Small things like hand soap and extra towels were missing, I’m sure I could have called down to get some. But it was so later when we got back to the hotel I really just wanted to go to bed

Hotel was in an excellent location. Breakfast was excellent as well as the grill restaurant, where my son had his 21st birthday celebrations with family and friends. Staff everywhere were excellent.
Nothing comes to mind.

We had no toilet facility on our first night in 406
This was really inconvenient as husband was running the great north run and had to use reception toilets. These were fixed for second night
