Everything was clean, tidy and well presented throughout our stay. The bed was very comfy! Staff were professional and friendly.
Trying to get into the shower whilst the shower guard was extended, so water didn't splash everywhere was difficult due to the lay out. Smacked my ankle off the sink several times getting in. The bath drained even when the plug was in whilst having a bath.

Location can not get better, the staff are amazing and the room was comfortable and spacious, we will continue to use this hotel as we have in the past.

Good location and good staff
I booked the penthouse for £153 (Room 529) for 1 night and for that price, I was disappointed.
It was very cluttered and also the leather chesterfield looked very old, as well as the dining table and chairs and also the coffee table.
The natural lighting wasn't great either.
Also there was a back door leading to a very tatty fire exit stairwell and the view was tatty buildings and a car park.
Overall very disappointed and will not be returning.
I mentioned it was the anniversary for my partner and I and there was nothing special about it at all!
