The hotel is well located, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. The property was a good choice for our stay in Almaty.
As we follow a strict Jain diet, the breakfast options were quite limited for us, although we could have fruits, dried fruits and juices. The staff were polite but could have been warmer and more welcoming. A smile and a friendly greeting would have made the experience more pleasant.

Beautiful property, good location. Clean, neat and spacious rooms.

Excellent hotel. Large room with a lovely view of the snow capped mountains, comfy bed (once we had a mattress topper put on), good breakfast and good location. What made it a stand out hotel was that we asked the reception for a couple of things and everything was sorted straight away. It is the only hotel i have ever stayed in that had a packed breakfast ready for us every time we asked.
