Liked:
Spacious room
All available toiletries
Bathroom was clean and had walk in shower
Breakfast was abundant
Prime and centralised location
Disliked:
- room was quite warm as it felt like AC was set in the month of October.
- the bedroom en-suite: on one night the body wash gel wasn’t topped up. The bathroom/toilet in the room was located in a strange position right next to the actual bed.
- overall , the staff could potentially have at least a smile and positive expression during interactions, rather than bossy or arrogant nature.

Location is very nice.
There was no hot water. I called the front desk and they said they will send service person to my room, but nobody came to my room. Therefore I went to the front desk and asked them to change the room to anywhere hot water is available. I needed to pack my baggage and move to other room. After I changed the room, sometimes my room key became unavailable, and everytime I needed to go to the front desk to solve the error. Bad service.
