Great location, clean and modern rooms, good facilities and strong water pressure. Beautiful views of Kok Tobe and the mountains.
The hotel is located in an office building, with reception on the 17th floor. The ground floor was rather dirty and poorly maintained, although this is not directly related to the hotel. There are only two shared elevators, which are also used by office workers, so waiting times can be quite long.
