Excellent breakfast, many choices . Cozy public areas and roof top not to be missed to catch the northern lights. Location ideal.
We also had dinner in the hotel, food was very good.
Room was small, as rooms tend to be these days in modern hotels They charge extra for early check in.

It’s a new hotel and the installations are very good and comfortable. The location is good also. Very good breakfast.
The housekeeping isn’t worth it.
I stayed there for four nights and they cleaned the 2 rooms only once and because I asked for it at the front desk.

Great location, new hotel, nice gym
The bathroom sink in our room did not work from check-in. We reported it the next morning and were told it would be fixed, but it wasn’t dealt with until our final evening. When it was finally fixed, we were told that we should have opened the water valve under the sink ourselves — something guests should obviously not be expected to troubleshoot.
We also specifically asked at check-in whether everything was paid and were told yes. At check-out, we were suddenly told payment was still due. When we explained what we had been told, the response was simply that they had “new employees.”
Very disappointing and unprofessional for a hotel of this standard.
