Positive aspects:
1. Location (central and very close to the meeting points for guided tours)
2. Breakfast (even though the dessert options were somewhat limited)
This was my second stay at this hotel (the first visit was 8 years ago), and I can say that while I gave it a 9.2 rating the first time, I now feel that things have deteriorated—even though, as I understand it, a renovation of the hotel has just been completed.
Two more significant negative points:
1. Noise in the room: both the ventilation system (which produced a loud, high-pitched, whistling sound every few hours—including at night) and the plumbing (water pipes in the walls made an annoying clicking/tapping noise whenever they were in use - not just by us). We only stayed for a few nights, but for a longer stay, this would definitely have been a major drawback.
2. The rather low temperature in the room (with no way to set it to a higher level). This was actually the only inconvenience we experienced on our first stay and I had hoped they fixed it by now.
Two less significant negative points:
1. Lack of a view from the room, even though we had a "deluxe double room."
2. Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom (there were two hooks, but they were small and positioned at an inconvenient height for large bath towels).

Central location, 10mins taxi ride from airport or 20mins by airport express. Hotel is near to restaurants by foot.
The neck of the shower gel dispenser is so high, end up had to press the plunger many times to get some shower gel (see photo). Dissapoibted face tissue was not provided. Was assigned a room overlooking the roof (see photo).
