The room was beautiful with a view of the mountain and the sea. The location was quiet and the staff were very helpful, even kind. For example, I had some difficulties figuring pout how to access the gym and the spa area and they were so helpful. The spa is lovely and the gym well equipped (I do a lot of weight training). The breakfast area was beautiful. If it was a nice day we sat outside, overlooking the sea with our coffee and cakes!
I really did like pretty much everything. If I am being picky, the breakfast was lovely but seemed a little under staffed so that they would run out of things - but it was not really a major issue. Also, be aware that the location is lovely but, to have lovely views it needs to be high up and a little away from the centre of town. This means that a taxi is advised to and from the airport, especially if you have a lot of luggage. On the other hand, this quiet location is also a bonus, and is still only a 15 minute walk away from town. Walking in the opposite direction will bring you to some of the most beautiful parts of Tromso, with Birch forests etc. We even saw a Norwegian crane!

The location
It claims to be a Spa resort but the spa was not functional and all the three spa massage therapist as advertised in their website were unavailable the entire week. You should remove the spa word in your public website as it has created and misguided us to book here.
