Great location near shopping and excursion meeting points. Aldo great view over harbor.
Tiny room, interior steps, no coffee maker in room, restaurant was out of meals we wanted (but were on their menu).

Perfect location right by the river. Bus stop is right at the hotel and most aurora tours start from this hotel as well. Its just a minute of walk from the market street and everything is very close by - cafes, restaurants, museums, etc.
The view from the hotel window, if opted for a river-view room, is also lovely.

Amazing location and views - close to the pier, the museum, the ferry terminal, the bus terminal. Pick up for the Northern Lights tours at the hotel gate itself. Flybussen stop at the hotel entrance. Excellent breakfast spread (but beware, some items run out and are not replenished - was it accidental? I do not know). The staff at the breakfast area were very helpful.
Replenishment of breakfast items in the buffet breakfast area seems to be an area needing special attention (especially, if there are conferences running in parallel)
