Very comfortable clean flat. Would highly recommend

Very well appointed flat. Spacious and modern. Nice little balcony and quiet area but easy access to centre.

We had some difficulty locating the flat as it was in an ordinary block but no great problem. The access is provided with a key on the phone so if your phone runs out of battery you're stuck!

Excellent location

Location is fantastic. Close by to town centre. Walking distance of buses. Apartment had everything you needed to cook in it.

Listing never stated it had steps up to reach the lifts.- tough with a pram. One roll of toilet paper provided for three days for three people.

8 / 10

Great location with easy access to everything in central Alicante

Lots of room in the apartment, excellent air conditioning

Not enough storage - mop etc sitting in open space behind table although there was adequate room for cupboards to have been added

Not good

Location was fine

From the get go everything was wrong. The room we booked was not the same as we stayed in before. We were put into a dark 1 bedroom studio, wifi didn’t work, tv remote wouldn’t work but it got fixed. When my girlfriend stayed with me for one night and I asked for an extra towel, they told me that I was violating house rules and the change my booking urgently. My room was directly next to linen room for staff so every morning we were woken up at 6-7am to loud banging throwing linen around the place. Also the front door of the complex banging morning noon and night constantly waking us up. We stayed in May for a cheaper rate, better room but this time we were so disappointed with our booking. Never again

property in a great location.

I had constant problems with the internet and couldn’t even watch anything on the TV. The building entrance code also didn’t work properly without internet, and I had to insist several times before I was given a code that allowed me to enter the building.
