We found this apartment by chance. We were in a panis after arriving at our air bnb.
This was uninhabitable.
We travelled with my 80 year old aunty who was getting very distressed.
We found a hostel to stay in that night after midnight, I might add, which was very nice but not to stay here for our full stay of 11 nights.
We had little sleep that night worrying if we could find somewhere but eventually found this apartment on bookings.
We walked to the offices to pick up our keys and the staff there were very helpful.
Couldn't fault this stay at all will never book with air bnb again will always go straight to bookings.
Nothing we didn't like at all but we did struggle with the outer key to the front of the apartment but we had mentioned this to staff when we returned later in the week to ask for their help to book out taxi to the airport for our return flight. Which I believe they were going to sort as soon as we had left before another guest had the same problem.
