Bad experience

Nothing. See below.

The furniture was falling apart. There were signs the wooden floor has been flooded in the living room and possibly black mold at the edges. In the main bedroom the mattress had a huge stain. The pots in the kitchen were worn out. I could add more photos, but I am limited to only 4.

Perfect location

Location is very central, quiet, close to a lovely garden cafe right downstairs serving breakfast early

Beds were very hard, we both had back pain No airco inside the bedrooms - only a fan - would be very uncomfortable during summer

7 / 10

Good

The appartment location was amazing, very central place near esplanada d'Espanya and the port. Playa d'El Postiguet was 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes walk to El Corte Inglés

the washing machine and vacuum cleaner weren't working

9 / 10

Great apartment and location is near everything

Apartment had everything we needed. Beds very comfy. Spotlessly clean and plenty of space to meet our needs

Steps leading to apartment as sometimes lift didn't work. No balcony to sit out on we found this a little disappointing
