Read this before booking

Location was really good, central of everything.

Paid in full upfront and then told we had to pay 200 euros deposit to be allowed to stay, lost money when it was finally refunded. No welcome note and no instructions for any of the kitchen equipment. Broken lamp had been glued together. Walls are paper thin , we could easily hear conversation in next room . Two nights of furniture being dragged around the floor above at 2am then a shouting argument at 3am . The fire notice is out of date , there are rooms on it that don't exist . Stayed in room 102 which seems to share an area with the cleaner judging by the state of the area . Definitely the worst booking I've had with Booking.com .

Good but not great

The location, everything was near the apartment and when we arrived it was clean and there was enough towels.

There was no balcony or hanger for drying wet clothes. The dishwasher didn’t work. They gave us a cloth to wash the dishes but there was no detergent with which to wash the dishes. We got only three rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights and we were 6 people. The sofa bed could use an upgrade because it wasn’t very comfortable and you could hear every movement.

Terrible

Nothing

I never leave negative reviews, but in this case, it is necessary. The shower was clogged and flooded the entire bathroom; we had to clean it up ourselves since no one answered us. The reservation was for three people, but beds were only made for two, so we had to set up the bed ourselves. The Wi-Fi never worked. The entry code didn't always work, and there were times we had to wait outside.

Overall great stay would stay again just needs little attention to detail to upgrade parts of it

Great location quiet on night times good space some nice furnishings powerful shower

Lift wasn’t working, door key system wasn’t great took many attempts to open at times. Shower tray over flowed a lot wonky bathroom tap and loose toilet when sitting.
