Apartment No. 8 in the Siebrecht Guesthouse is a spacious 4-room apartment. It’s located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. The living room has space for an extra bed for the fifth person. The living area of this approximately 88 m² apartment is divided into a large living room, a dining room, the kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room features a large, cozy seating area as well as two additional small seating areas, a stereo system, and a TV. From here, you can access the dining room (no door). From the dining room, you have access to the modern kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, an egg cooker, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and many other kitchen appliances. The private furnished terrace is accessible from the kitchen. The dining room and kitchen cannot be separated by a door. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—
full-length mattress) and a large closet; each bedroom has its own bathroom with natural light, and the bathrooms are equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town, about a 20-minute walk from the beach and just a 5-minute walk from the Noah’s Ark Zoo.
