You enter the combined living and dining area through a bright hallway with a coat closet. The living area features a comfortable corner sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area with an open kitchen offers plenty of space at the dining table for all guests. The kitchen is equipped with, for example, an oven, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, furnished terrace facing south. Both separate bedrooms are furnished with box-spring double beds (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe, and can be comfortably darkened with pleated blinds. The bathroom features highlights such as a walk-in shower, a sauna, and a heated towel rack.
An outdoor parking space (dimensions: approx. 6 m x 3 m) next to the house is reserved for you. A washer-dryer is available for your personal use. A separate, lockable bike storage room is available for any bicycles you bring with you.
