Large vacation home with a private terrace for up to 4 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs—quiet yet very centrally located in Grömitz!
The vacation home spans three levels and is lovingly and tastefully furnished. With a living area of approximately 88 m² plus a converted attic, four bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest restroom, and a garden, this house offers plenty of space for up to 8 people. In addition, two dogs are warmly welcome here! The garden has been fully fenced for this purpose.
The modern, brightly lit living and dining room has direct access to the terrace and is furnished with a cozy corner sofa, an armchair, a large dining table, and a display cabinet. For entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV, a mini stereo system, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. A charcoal grill on the terrace is perfect for a cozy barbecue.
The open kitchen on the first floor features a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The guest bathroom on the first floor also features a washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge.
The master bedroom on the first floor features a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a TV, and a large closet. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in the first rays of morning sunlight. A second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a loft bed and a wardrobe. All windows can be darkened with roller blinds.
The first floor is complemented by a bright bathroom with a corner shower.
The attic features a fourth bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200) and a dresser. Home Office on the Baltic Sea: If you have a little work to bring along, a desk with its own LAN connection and a comfortable office chair is available for you on the upper floor. This allows you to perfectly combine work and relaxation on the Baltic Sea beach.
Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the row of houses. You can store your bicycles safely in your own shed.
