Beautiful establishment with lovely decor, the room we had was amazing, and the location was perfect.
We had arranged for an ice bucket and glasses to be in the rolm as it was ny husbands birthday, but this was not done. Also, one of the lights in the room didn't work but as we was only staying after a night out, it didnt make much difference.

From the moment we arrived staff were welcoming and attentive. The building is unique and wonderful in all the best ways and the bedrooms all unique but mind blowingly stylish and the tv and bath/ bathroom wow
Genuinely nothing - the pictures are from our stay- what's not to like ❤️

The room was very comfortable with a huge free standing bath.
The bed was great as I like a firm mattress
The reception wasn’t open at all times. You could eat in the restaurant but couldn’t order snacks/sandwiches or breakfast.
In my room one of the window locks was broken so I didn’t feel 100% safe

Great entrance and looks really nice at first glance.
Two things were pretty terrible- almost a deal breaker for me:
1/ there were 2 holes in the wall where people could live in the walls.. they open to darkened rooms in the walls - i was boarderline terrified and had to block these with furniture in fear that people could enter my room through these hatches, in the night - really scary.
2/ There was no way to turn the bathroom light off. i circled the room for 2 hours desperate to go to bed bug unable to as the room was filled with light. i lost 2 hours sleep, going to be at 1am, having to cover the bathroom door with towels, and it was still far too light to sleep. Somehow i eventually fell asleep, room full of light. when i awoke several hours later, the bathroom/shower-room light had finally gone off. It was pretty terrible. I tried for hours to call reception but no answer, as it was past 11pm…
Also the room was freezing.
