About this apartment rental
Our complex consists of 6 interconnected buildings. The first floor features several shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as wheelchair-accessible vacation apartments.
Starting on the first floor, there are additional vacation apartments of various sizes and amenities, some with beautiful ocean views. An elevator will gladly take you to the upper floors.
The modern Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of the Usedom building and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation in just under 40 square meters.
The open-concept living room is equipped with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. A lovely dining area invites you to linger. Arrive and feel right at home—our apartment will leave nothing to be desired during your stay.
Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette: In addition to a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven and microwave, you’ll also have full use of a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator!
The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed (1.80 m x 2 m, 2 separate mattresses) to ensure a restful night’s sleep and sweet dreams. There’s plenty of storage space in the hallway for the clothes you’ve brought along for your vacation.
The tastefully tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large lighted mirror, and plenty of storage space.
From the living area, you can access the balcony, which faces Hermannstraße (east). Here you can enjoy the sun, especially in the morning.
You can park your car safely in the complex’s parking garage.
This is a non-smoking vacation apartment; pets are also not allowed!
