Our complex consists of 6 interconnected buildings. The first floor features several shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as wheelchair-accessible vacation apartments.
Starting on the first floor, there are additional vacation apartments of various sizes and amenities, some with beautiful ocean views. An elevator will gladly take you to the upper floors.
Cozy 1-room vacation apartment
The small entryway leads into the hallway, where you’ll find a bunk bed.
The living and sleeping area features a comfortable box-spring bed with a full-length mattress (180x200), a spacious closet, a comfortable corner couch, and a TV.
On the balcony, with its beautiful ocean view, you can relax and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the promenade.
A separate kitchen with a dining area, equipped with every amenity you could imagine, is at your disposal.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a wash area with a lighted mirror. There is also a place to store your toiletries and cosmetics
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building complex for your use.
The apartment comes with an outdoor parking space.
