This spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 78 m²), located very close to the beach on the 2nd and 3rd floors, spans two floors via an interior staircase and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living and sleeping areas is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilets are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib with a mattress (without a comforter, pillow, or linens) as well as a high chair free of charge upon request.

The spacious living/dining room features a separate sitting area with a comfortable (pull-out) sofa bed, a coffee table, and 3 armchairs, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, as well as various sideboards and shelves. From the living room, you have access to the balcony, which is furnished with balcony furniture and offers an unobstructed side view of the Baltic Sea. Here, you can sit back and relax while watching the lively hustle and bustle on Ostseeallee or enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features two modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions). A basic selection of games and a few books is also available.

The separate kitchen (with a window) includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), nightstands with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a luggage rack, and a small table with 2 chairs. In addition, this room features a modern flat-screen TV.

The separate second bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), nightstands, and a wardrobe.

The comfortable pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) in the living room provides an additional sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person.

The inviting bathroom features a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and ample storage space. On the lower floor, there is an additional guest restroom with a sink, toilet, and natural light (window).

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car conveniently and securely in your own reserved parking space (No. 84 / lower basement level) in the underground parking garage (maximum entry height: 1.95 m); your bicycles can be securely stored in the bike shed (in the residential complex’s courtyard). If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex.

You can easily reach all floors of the residential complex using the elevator in the residential building (not the one from the underground parking garage).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th person (see prices).

Deviations from the above specifications (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
