Our complex consists of 6 interconnected buildings. The first floor features several shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as vacation apartments accessible to people with disabilities.
Starting on the first floor, there are additional vacation apartments of various sizes and amenities, some with beautiful ocean views. An elevator will gladly take you to the upper floors.

This spacious and comfortably furnished duplex vacation apartment spans two levels and offers plenty of room for up to 6 people—ideal for families or small groups.
The bright living area invites you to relax and features a comfortable sleeper sofa as well as a spacious dining table for shared meals.
The new, modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and many other practical features—perfect for self-catering.
Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a spacious closet, ensure restful nights. Of course, a travel crib is available for our younger guests.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, lighted mirror, and convenient counter space. There is also a separate guest restroom available.
A special highlight is the west-facing balcony with a side view of the sea—enjoy the evening sun here in a relaxed atmosphere.
