About this apartment rental
This spacious, well-equipped, and wheelchair-accessible two-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) on the first floor is located very close to the beach, offers a high degree of functionality, and is fully furnished. The bedroom has laminate flooring; all other rooms are tiled.
The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
A small door threshold in the entryway has been bridged with a ramp. The barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible apartment is therefore also ideally suited for wheelchair users.
From the spacious entryway—which features two large closets, a dresser, a coat rack, and a mirror—you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.
The inviting and cozy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, and a living room cabinet with a glass display case.
For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).
The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, mini-oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. When the doors under the sink are open, the space is wheelchair-accessible.
The very spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 100 x 200 cm), nightstands, a spacious closet, a dresser, and a comfortable armchair with a footstool.
The pull-out sofa bed (170 x 200 cm) in the living room provides additional comfortable sleeping space for up to 2 more people.
The large, bright bathroom (with a window / natural light) features a handicap-accessible and wheelchair-accessible (walk-in) shower, a sink, a toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, stool, a spacious bathroom cabinet, and ample additional storage space.
A shower chair permanently integrated into the shower is also available. The sink is wheelchair-accessible, and the angle of the wall mirror is adjustable so that both seated and standing guests can see themselves clearly. Next to the toilet is a permanently mounted grab bar; on the opposite side is a fold-down grab bar.
You can store your shoes and jackets in the large entryway (with 2 closets, a dresser, and a mirror) in the spacious entrance area of the apartment.
The apartment is completely barrier-free and accessible, making it particularly suitable for wheelchair users and seniors. All doors in the apartment are 94 cm wide.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.
You can park your car conveniently and securely in your own reserved parking space (No. 111 / upper level of the underground garage) in the underground parking garage (maximum clearance height: 1.95 m); your bicycles can be securely stored in the bike shed (in the residential complex’s courtyard). If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop located right next to your residential complex.
You can easily reach all floors of the residential complex using the elevator in the residential building (not the one from the underground parking garage).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. On the first floor of the residential complex, there are 3 additional restaurants (a Chinese, a seafood, and a Balkan restaurant), and you’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.
A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.
The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.
Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
