About this apartment rental
Our complex consists of 6 interconnected buildings. The first floor features several shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as wheelchair-accessible vacation apartments.
Starting on the first floor, there are additional vacation apartments of various sizes and amenities, some with beautiful ocean views. An elevator will gladly take you to the upper floors.

You’ll find a bright and spacious living area with a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and poster art by Henning Wagenbreth. A large dining table that seats 6 people rounds out the ambiance.
From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy good conversation over a glass of wine in the evening or simply relax with a book.
The living area opens onto the separate kitchen. It is fully equipped and features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner ceramic cooktop (expandable with an additional portable cooktop), and an oven.
There is also a guest restroom located on the lower level of the apartment.
A staircase leads to the two upper bedrooms, facing north and south, each furnished with a comfortable upholstered bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, full-length mattress), blackout blinds, a dresser, and closets. The north-facing bedroom offers a limited view of the Baltic Sea, while the south-facing bedroom features a pull-out upholstered sofa that provides additional sleeping space for a fifth person. The upper level also houses the full bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and hair dryer.
A free parking space in the underground garage is available with the apartment.
This is a non-smoking vacation rental; unfortunately, pets must also stay at home. Thank you for your understanding.
