This modern, light-filled 2-room apartment (approx. 64 m²) on the first floor, located near the beach, is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the living area are wooden parquet; the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a portable travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, bench, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The spacious and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch, armchairs and a coffee table, a separate small dining area with a dining table and chairs, and a desk with a chair.

The apartment features a ground-level terrace, facing the Baltic Sea and the “Baltic Park” directly across the way, approximately 14 m² terrace (furnished with a table and chairs), which you can access from the kitchen. Here you can sit back and relax in a green setting and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. There is also a separate dining area in the kitchen with a dining table and chairs.

The bright and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200) and a spacious closet. In addition, a second modern TV is available here. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The modern and spacious bathroom features a shower with a clear glass partition, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, and a shelf for your bathroom essentials.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack (with shoe rack) in the spacious entryway of the apartment.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation apartment (approx. 200 m) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment in the building’s underground garage. ATTENTION: Please note the maximum clearance height of 2.10 m!

You can park your bicycles in a designated bike area behind the building or in bike racks in the underground parking garage. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / consecutive booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
