Really well located hotel opposite the Atocha train station and on the same square as the Reina gallery. Rooms are compact but contain everything you need. The hotel is eco friendly so you may need to let them know if you do want more towels or sheet changes. If you check in online you get complimentary soft drinks and hot drinks during your stay. They have a great rooftop breakfast and coffee area which serves fresh coffee and pastries. Breakfast is buffet style which you have to book a slot for as seating is limited some may find it limited in choice but there are a number of homemade pastries and cakes as well as fresh hummus and guacamole which is worth trying and there was plenty of choice for us. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms have a Bluetooth speaker which is a great touch and to say you are so close to the main road the rooms are quiet with the shutters on the french style balconies (not sufficient to sit out on) working really well to block out the light. We stayed for Mad cool festival and the hotel was perfect for sleeping in after a late night but also close to festival transport. Really hope to visit again.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the public spaces were fun and well-designed, and the tea and coffee area was well-appreciated. The location, steps from the Reina Sofia and the Metro, as well as a very quick walk to Atocha Station, was really ideal for exploring. Even despite being in a pretty busy area, the rooms stayed quiet when the windows were closed. The rooms themselves are quite compact, but more than functional, with good AC. I will say that the bathroom area (at least in our room) was very dark, with the shower space particularly so. Made shaving one's legs or putting on makeup a bit challenging at times.
All in all, a really solid choice if you're staying near the Prado, Reina Sofia, or Atocha Station.
