Location, Location, Location. Amazing access to all of the museums and Centro. Front desk was kind, welcoming and helpful. The check in process was a little more involved and required that you follow some self led directions, if you need hand holding be advised. The room was clean, and modern. We needed to close the doors to the balcony to keep the room cool, the property could not control the heat wave. The room stayed cool and was refreshing to enter when we returned from galavanting the city. We would stay again!

Hotel was in the perfect spot for what I wanted to see and di in Madrid.
The room had most of what I needed but somewhere to sit other than the bed would have been useful but there wasn't enough room
