Great location and easy to get to from the airport by public transit. The hotel had staff onsite, which was a plus, and the check in process was very easy. The bathroom in the room was also super nice.
No major issues with this location. Minor nitpicks would be that the foyer to the building on the ground floor is a bit unsightly when you first enter and that the room was a bit short on space.

Perfect for what we needed. Great location Anna amazing showers! The staff was the best part, though.

Amazing central location. Very friendly and attentive receptionist/staff on site helped with carrying bags, booking taxis, giving advice for touring Madrid.
Wish the door went all the way to the ground to reduce sound in room.

The location was excellent, close to many amenities.
Our room for the price was extremely small. I paid less in Barcelona and had a way bigger room and breakfast
