The staff were friendly and helpful. The food excellent. The room spacious and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

This is my third stay here, and my first in one of the outbuildings. Despite my stated wish to be in the main building, I was assured I would love my upgraded room. I didn't. I had a huge lovely bedroom and bathroom, with no closet. The closet was in a second bedroom which room, as a solo traveler, was of no use to me. Both that room and the bathroom had a step down which I found annoying/dangerous. However, everything else was lovely. Breakfast buffet and related service was great, dinner was splendid, and
there was comfortable seating available in the bar and lounge in which to relax and enjoy refreshment. The grounds are gloriously manicured, there is more than adequate convenient parking, and staff is friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful for Stratford theater and shopping, and there are a plethora of gardens and interesting sights nearby. Despite my room inconveniences, I will happily stay here again.

Property is beautiful, the only thing was we weren’t given any information on the amenities on check-in and there was no book in the room. We had a hard time finding the pool, which we had to go through the bar and through the gym to get to.

A lovely hotel with old world charm and beautiful grounds.
Ample parking.
The sequence of room numbering is unusual, finding exactly where your room is located via the various staircases can be challenging !
