Quirky, quintessential English inn with a twist. Excellent value, great atmosphere and genuine Indian cuisine.

Quirky, Indian food great, room nice, staff lovely apart from one on our arrival. Obviously needs training.
Rude young lady when we arrived.
Breakfast far too early and not long enough for us on our relaxing break, having to get up at 7am not good.
Tv remote not working had to stand on a chair to turn tv on and off.
The duck on the menu said a berry sauce, no sauce making it dry.

Location was great. Evening meal was amazing, best curry ever!
The room was cold. Decor and furniture was tired. Blind missing several slats, big crack in sink and grubby arm chair and threadbare settee. Staff welcome poor.
