The rooms were lovely, very modern and I have a bad back so the beds were perfect for me! Being able to control the back of it was one of the reasons we went for this hotel. Had a smart tv, so we could catch up on our shows. Internet connection was great. Had a fridge for drinks and snacks. Towels were big and clean. Lovely coffee machine, came with decaf pods which was a bonus. Shower pressure was great as well! Staff very welcoming and lovely.
The bathroom! We didn't realise it was a glass bathroom, the glass was frosted but I didn't feel comfortable ah tall in it. The door didn't close properly either so had to hold it closed. After getting a shower, the room became very humid and hot, with water dripping down the cupboards. As the night went on, the room got hotter and couldn't adjust the air con. When we went to use the hot water on the top, an awful sewage smell came from it.

The location is fantastic, but they need to work on access for mobile guest. Access for vehicles and parking space needs to be put in place.
The rooms are clean but too compact

Very friendly and helpful staff. Maria was a lifesaver!
Room cleanliness could have been better.

The check-in process was very easy, and the staff were brilliant. All three staff members we encountered were friendly, cheerful, and happy to help.
Good location as well.
Overall, the stay was okay, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a higher standard. The floor was not very clean, and the shower head was not working properly. These details made the experience less comfortable than expected.
