The open-concept kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and much more. The dining area is seamlessly integrated into the living space and provides the perfect setting for a meal together. On the adjoining southwest-facing balcony, you can wind down after an eventful day with a glass of wine or a game night.

Both bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed (1st bedroom: 180 x 200 cm / full-length mattress / 2nd Bedroom with TV: 160 x 200 cm / two separate mattresses), providing the perfect conditions for restful nights during your vacation. One of the two rooms also features a flat-screen TV.


So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a bath towel and a small hand towel. Designed for your comfort, the bathroom features a walk-in shower with real glass, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a towel warmer.
