Spacious 2-bedroom vacation apartment — just a few minutes from the beach
This comfortably furnished 60-square-meter vacation apartment awaits you in a stylishly renovated Art Nouveau villa — ideal for up to 5 people plus a toddler. The location is quiet yet central: Just a few minutes’ walk separates you from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the center of Heringsdorf. Wi-Fi is free.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and space for a travel crib (please arrange this in advance with the property manager; bring your own bedding and mattress), and the other with a tandem bed for two people. In addition, the sofa in the glass-enclosed veranda can be used as an extra sleeping space.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels (excluding those for toddlers) is included in the price; the beds are already made upon arrival. For longer stays, we’ll be happy to provide additional linens.
A free parking space is located about 100 meters from the house—within sight. There is a loading and unloading area right next to the villa. There is a secure storage shed for your bicycles, or you can rent bikes in town and explore the island from Peenemünde to Swinemünde.
Even if it rains, your vacation doesn’t have to be ruined: The Ostseetherme, featuring a sauna and water park, offers relaxation for the whole family—you’ll receive discounts with a spa pass.
Note: The spa is closed annually for approximately 14 days in January due to maintenance work.

Sonnenstrand 05 Apartment:
This spacious 60 m² vacation apartment features 2 bedrooms. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is also room here for a portable crib, which you are welcome to rent through our concierge service, as well as a high chair if needed. Please bring your own bedding for this. Please let us know your needs during the booking process or afterward via the property management service so that these items will be ready for you on the day of arrival!
The second bedroom features a tandem bed, allowing 2 additional guests to stay here.
