The apartments at "Villa Elbflorenz" feature top-quality construction and finishes. Most bathrooms are equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The larger apartment layouts feature double vanities and separate toilet rooms. Electric floor heating and a radiant heater above the sink provide a cozy warmth in the bathroom even outside the heating season. Elegant porcelain tile on the walls and floors completes the bathrooms.
The living areas are mostly finished with porcelain tile, while the bedrooms feature laminate flooring. All apartments feature one or more balconies or terraces. Parking spaces are located on the property, and bicycle storage, as well as coin-operated washers and dryers, are available in the basement of the new Elbflorenz villa. Furthermore, a private sauna (also in the basement of the new building), featuring a waterfall shower and a cozy relaxation room with background music of your choice, invites you to unwind. (Mid-September through mid-May (Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
This 70-square-meter, modernly furnished 3-room maisonette promises a relaxing vacation for 2 to a maximum of 4 guests. On the lower level, you’ll find a bright, spacious living area furnished with a modern seating set. A flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and DVD player are, of course, included. Also integrated into the living area is a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, etc., as well as a dining area for 5 people. Adjacent to this area is an east-facing balcony. The highlight, however, is the south-facing rooftop terrace, which promises plenty of sunshine. On the upper level, guests will find two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The second bedroom is a walk-through room and is furnished with two single beds. On both living levels, there is a bathroom with a shower or bathtub and a sink/toilet available for use. A parking space assigned to the apartment is available on the enclosed property.
