The location is great. Super close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate Central Line stations. I have stayed several times before. The staff are alwayss welcoming and really nice.
There is no lift which is my biggest bug bear but there's nothing to be done given the age of the building, I always stay in room 44 which is a fair way up the stairs.

Good location for our travel
There was no mention of a holding deposit that would be refunded in 2 days. Just think this should be mentioned for future guests as it is not standard in every booking.

Walking distance from Paddington station, which is also a transfer station and how we ended up booking it. Also you can leave your luggage before your room is ready A+
Rooms are cramped but to be expected.

Very close to Paddington and Hyde Park. It had French doors that opened to a balcony. Staff is very friendly and held my bags when I arrived until my check in time.
Rooms are a bit dated and not enough storage. There is a kettle that was on a table by the bed, but there was no plug by the table.
