Fantastic location, friendly staff. There was no breakfast option which I didn't mind anyway and it was easy to find. Room was basic but clean. Towel and soap were provided.
Place was tiny and cramped. Rooms very small. Facilities were so basic I even had a dessert spoon instead of a tea spoon to make coffee with lol. Walls are thin so all I heard all night was the guy snoring next door. Window did not close properly so I heard the tannoy from Paddington station annouincements....all night long. Bedding was clean but didn't look inviting. Same for shower - was scrubbed and clean but didn't look very appealing. Carpets need replacing desperately. The room had a basic wire cupboard/wardrobe that was wobbly - not great either.
